Shipping and Refund
NOVA TRACTOR offer free shipping to any location within the lower 48 states(or continental U.S.)
For ALASKA, HAWAII & CANADA, it require a surcharge, contact with us in advance.
We send cargo to customer by trucking transportation, the cargo normally arrive to customer around 7 to 15 business days.
It's buyer's responsibility to unload the machine when trucking company deliver the machine to your address. If you cannot unload the machine, lift gate service is available for an additional $50 at the time the machine is purchased, you can click option "Lift gate for delivery" when place order.
Please make sure you supply the correct phone number to us, and make sure the phone number you supply is online before cargo is delivered, carrier will make an appointment with you before delivery.
If the trucking company attempts to deliver orders to consignee locations in extraneous circumstances (such as gravel roads and similar challenges), we will not be responsible for any additional charges required to deliver the cargo.
If you prefer to pick up the cargo at the freight terminal, we can supply certain discount. Please check with us for the cargo size and if you have proper equipment to transport it, we are willing to provide you the address of freight terminal in your area.
When you receive the machine, please check for damage before accept the freight. If you notice severe damage, please do not sign and contact with us immediately. If there is tiny damage, like small scratch, because the nature of our machine’s heavy weight, the scratch could happen, we suggest that you accept the cargo, and please note it on the receipt and contact with us, we will resolve these imperfections.
For the spare parts, we supply free shipping if the subtotal is more than 200USD. If not, the flat shipping rate is 20USD.
RETURN and REFUND
NOVA TRACTOR supply 30 days return policy.
We will refund customer the 90% of original purchase price within 30 days of your delivery date after we will deduct 10% cancellation fee. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs when returning items that are not covered under warranty or found to be defective.
Products must be in new condition when returned. Returned items will be evaluated to ensure new condition before refund is processed.
We cannot accept return or refund requests after 30 days of delivery date. We don't accept the return or refund requests before confirm with us.
If the product is found to be defective and under warranty when customer receive it, the return policy is based on a case by case basis. Most of the time, any issue can be diagnosed over the telephone and resolved by sending out replacement parts. All of our products come with One-Year-Parts-Warranty. We will ship the customer spare parts before any further action is taken. Because the parts warranty does not cover labor, no compensation will be given for the customer’s time or a third party’s time spent making repairs or changing parts. We always require photos or video to help in diagnosing the issue before any parts are sent.
If parts shipped do not resolve the issue, we may recall the machine to our location for repair. This decision is made solely at NOVA TRACTOR’s discretion. If decided to ship and repair, we will repair the machine and then ship back to the customer. We may choose to ship the customer a new/replacement machine (item). In most cases We will pay shipping costs, but this is also judged on a case by case basis.
